As a result of a failing wooden retaining wall, the owner’s concrete driveway started to crack and fail. As the wall continues to fail, cracking and failure became worse.

In order to prepare the project’s site, BMPs were practiced by installing straw wattles, silt fences, and safety cones. Once BMPs were in place, demolition was begun. Demolition involved removing the strip of concrete, excavating behind failing walls and removing walls.
